But in 1953, the CIA decided they wanted Brain Warfare and covert hi-tech CIA Project MKUltra RMCT Remote Mind Control technology. So they researched mind control using covert mind control research programs like the CIA's secret Project MKULTRA from 1953-1973 and the CIA and other intelligence agencies like NSA continued to research and develop RMCT remote mind control technology after 1973. They developed technologies like: RHIC-EDOMbrain disablement technology. RHIC-EDOM technology can remotely hypnotize targets and victims with RHIC (Radio-Hypnotic Intracerebral Control) and/or disable brains with EDOM (Electronic Dissolution of Memory). (RHIC-EDOM was allegedly operational way back in 1963, and in 1977 U.S. Senator Richard Schweiker publicly asked MKULTRA research director Dr. Sidney Gottleib about the alleged technology.) SVR/RNM mind reading technology, including a 1974/1976 patent "US3951134A - Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves" by Robert G Malech. They developed mind reading technology including SVR or subvocal voice recognition and RNM or remote neural monitoring technology. I suspect the 1974/1976 Malech patent "US3951134A attempted to hijack the use of some radios including at least AM/FM/Short Wave technology (including at least AM radio's standard 455 KHz intermediate frequency) to manipulate and read minds. Silent Sound Spread SpectrumCloning the Emotionsmind control technology. 1989/1992 patent US 5159703A for silent sound spread spectrum mind control technology claims that the technology is "...propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain...." They also developed Silent Sound Spread Spectrum cloning the emotions technology (patented in 1989/1992) that uses heterodynedultrasonic mind control energy waves that includes a 455 KHz frequency mind control energy wave which also happens to be the intermediate frequency in most AM radios. Silent sound spread spectrum cloning the emotions technology can remotely manipulate/control emotions, sensations, and/or impulses and probably even nerve-controlled muscle movements. Electronic harassment (including vocal and/or background noise electronic harassment) technology that results in vocal electronic harassment being heard in window fans, air conditioners, car motors, and some other fans/motors/machines. They created real-life borg networks.
